Alpha Distributrices is committed to protecting the personal information you entrust to it, in accordance with Quebec’s Act respecting the protection of personal information in the private sector, as amended by Law 25. This policy explains what information we collect through this site, why, and what your rights are.
Person in charge of the protection of personal information

Information we collect
Quote request form: your company name, industry, your name, phone, email, number of employees, location, opening hours, whether machines are already on site and a description of your needs. Only the company name, your name and your email are required.
Technical data: like any website, our hosting provider automatically records the IP address, browser type, pages viewed and time of visit in its server logs, for security and proper operation.
Why we collect it
To answer your quote request, schedule an on-site visit and follow up on our business relationship. We do not use it for any other purpose and we never sell it.
You give your consent when you send the form. You can withdraw it at any time by writing to us.
Cookies and tracking tools
This site uses no audience analytics tool, no advertising cookie and no profiling technology. The only cookie set is a technical security cookie from our hosting provider, required for the site to work and deleted after about 30 minutes. No cookie consent is therefore requested.
The quote request form is protected by Cloudflare Turnstile, an anti-bot verification service. It checks that the request comes from a person rather than an automated program; it is not used to identify or profile you and sets no advertising cookie.
Who we share it with
Your information is not disclosed to any third party for commercial purposes. It only passes through our technical providers: the site’s hosting provider (GoDaddy) and its content delivery network (Cloudflare), whose servers may be located outside Quebec, the Cloudflare Turnstile anti-bot service when the form is submitted, and our email service, which receives the requests. These providers are required to protect the information they process for us.
Retention and security
Quote requests are received by email and kept as long as needed to answer them and follow up, then deleted. The site does not keep a copy of submitted forms. The site is served over HTTPS and admin access is password-protected.
In the event of a confidentiality incident presenting a risk of serious injury, we will notify the persons concerned and the Commission d’accès à l’information du Québec, as required by law.
Your rights
You may request access to the information we hold about you, its correction or deletion, and withdraw your consent. Write to info@alphadistributrices.com: we reply within 30 days. If you are not satisfied with our answer, you may file a complaint with the Commission d’accès à l’information du Québec.
Changes
This policy may be updated. The date of the last update appears at the top of the page.
